I used Green Horizons to install a metal roof in the middle of the winter and they did a fantastic job, were extremely easy to work with and very honest about everything. Absolutely no surprises. I never had heard of this company. They contacted me in a day or two, made an appointment to review roof and scope of work, returned my calls and messages promptly. Professional and high quality work. Went the extra mile delivering and installing an extra skylight outside of scope of work. Offered a very fair quote and completed work in a customer friendly time frame. Would confidently rehire or recommend to others. Thanks, Green Horizons!

Contacted Green Horizons Roofing regarding a roof leak that was noticed after a heavy rain/wind storm. I informed Steve, the owner we were closing our house for the winter and were leaving the next day. He told me he would look into the problem sometime in the coming week. He assured me he would take care of the problem.
The following week they evaluated the roof and found a couple of problems. They contacted me about their findings including photos of the problems and let me know what needed to be done. Steve again let me know he would get it done as soon as he got the materials and before it snowed.
Steve made me feel confident that he would follow through on doing the job. He kept me informed throughout the process. You can count on Green Horizons Roofing.

When we were hit with a freak tornado in northern lower Michigan in late May, there was a lot of damage throughout our small town. Without going into all of the frustrating details and long story of the months that followed, I just want to say that Steve and the crew from Green Horizons Roofing restored my sanity. When I called and explained the situation, and I heard Steve say, "We'll take care of you," I actually cried. And they did exactly what he promised -- they took care of us. They replaced all three roofs on our property with shingles. They came as promised, did the work in the timeline promised, and stayed in contact from initial call to completion of the project. Every night before they left, every piece of equipment, as well as supplies and debris from the day's work was picked up or disposed of properly.
Every person we had contact with was professional, respectful, and kind. We trusted each other in the process and I kept thinking, "This is how business should be done."
I am so grateful to Steve and their crew. I have already, and will continue to recommend them without hesitation.
